Please read this policy carefully to understand how you will receive your digital purchases.

1. Delivery Method & Instant Access

  • No Physical Shipping: Since all our products are digital files, no physical items will be shipped to your home or business address. There are no shipping fees, no customs duties, and no handling charges applied to any order.

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Immediately after your payment transaction is successfully processed and confirmed, you will automatically gain access to your files.

2. How to Retrieve Your Files

You can access and download your purchased digital blueprints and STL files in two ways:

  1. On-Screen Confirmation Page: Once checkout is complete, a confirmation screen will appear providing direct download links for your files.

  2. Email Delivery: Within minutes of purchasing, a separate automated email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains secure, unique links to download your files.

3. Technical Requirements & Download Integrity

  • File Formats: Digital blueprints are typically provided in PDF format, and 3D models are provided as .STL files.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device has the appropriate software installed to open these files (e.g., a PDF reader) and prepare them for your equipment (e.g., slicing software for 3D printers).

  • Download Access Limits: To ensure secure bandwidth and protect our intellectual property, your unique download links may have a maximum limit on download attempts or link expiration. If you lose access to your files or require a link reset, please contact us (see Section 5).

4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you have completed your payment but have not received your download email within 10 minutes, please perform the following checks before contacting support:

  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Automated transaction emails from Shopify are occasionally misfiltered by email service providers into spam, promotions, or social tabs.

  • Verify Your Email Address: Ensure that the email address entered during checkout was spelled correctly.

  • Bank/Payment Processing Delays: In rare instances, certain local payment methods may take slightly longer to clear. Your files will only release once payment confirmation is fully received by our system.
